Navy Mutual is seeking an experiencedAutomation Integration Tester to play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our enterprise systems. What You’ll DoAs an Automation Integration Tester, you’ll be responsible for validating that Navy Mutual’s applications, subsystems, and integrations function together seamlessly across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing using Selenium (Java)
- Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks and reusable testing utilities
- Convert manual test cases into robust automated regression suites
- Validate end-to-end workflows across multiple integrated systems
- Test and validate REST and SOAP APIs, backend processing, and data transformations
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops or similar)
- Create comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and regression strategies based on requirements
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and release testing
- Refactor automation code to improve reliability and reduce flaky tests
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and report quality metrics
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments
- Support Salesforce CRM and related system integrations as needed
- Mentor and train team members on automation and requirements-based testing best practices
- Identify and escalate testing risks and quality concerns
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA automation experience in enterprise environments
- Strong programming skills in Java
- Hands-on experience with Selenium Web Driver
- Experience automating REST and SOAP APIs
- Experience with JUnit and/or TestNG
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Proven experience testing multi-system integrations and complex enterprise applications
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of requirements-based testing practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing Salesforce CRM integrations
- Experience in financial services or insurance systems
