Project Manager-IT

• Lead complete project lifecycle management—from kickoff through planning, execution, delivery, and post-project analysis.
• Define and document the project scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics that are aligned with client and business objectives.
• Create and manage project timelines, resource plans, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, adapting quickly to change and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical teams, UI/UX designers, QA, and business analysts, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates, progress reports, and escalation paths.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, Agile methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Capture lessons learned and champion continuous improvement across future projects and delivery processes.

Position Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing IT and digital projects (CRM, web development, cloud solutions, custom applications, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and digital product delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience handling multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana; experience with Salesforce project management is a plus.
• PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications preferred.
