Significance is seeking a Web Developer to support the Marine Corps Logistics Facilities Services Applications (LFSApps), a mission-critical web-based system supporting MCICOM G-4 Supply Services. This role is responsible for application maintenance, system enhancements, cybersecurity compliance, user support, and lifecycle documentation. The developer will work closely with government system owners and process owners to ensure LFSApps remains secure, operational, and responsive to evolving mission requirements.
Responsibilities• Maintain and enhance web applications and production systems.
• Provide user support and issue resolution.
• Perform system modifications, updates, and configuration changes.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance and adherence to DoD requirements.
• Maintain lifecycle documentation and technical/user guides.
• Collaborate with government system owners and process owners to meet evolving mission needs.
- Web application development and maintenance experience supporting production systems
- Experience maintaining both web front-end and database back-end components
- Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements, including:
- Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
- Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Experience performing system modifications, updates, and configuration changes
- Familiarity with configuration control boards (CCBs) and change management processes
- Ability to provide Help Desk and user support (account management, password resets, troubleshooting)
- Experience developing and maintaining technical and user-level documentation
- Proficiency with task tracking or workflow management tools (e.g., ETMS2 or similar systems)
- Ability to support continuity of operations (COOP) and knowledge retention activities
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Prior Marine Corps service or direct experience supporting Marine Corps organizations
- Familiarity with MCICOM, HQMC, or installation-level logistics operations
- Experience operating within the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN)
- Background supporting logistics, supply, or financial management systems
- Experience hosting or supporting system configuration control boards
- Knowledge of Automated Message Handling System (AMHS)
- Experience supporting systems with a large user base (200+ users)
- Experience with .net, C#, and SQL
- Prior federal or DoD contracting experience
