OverviewWe’re looking for a detail-driven, creative, and analytically minded Campaign Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and brands. This role blends hands‑on technical skills with strategic thinking, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data and digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities- Build, launch, and monitor digital campaigns across paid social platforms (Meta, Linked In, X).
- Manage and optimize campaigns in Google Ad Manager, including trafficking, targeting setup, creative rotation, and performance tracking.
- Implement and update HTML email templates and campaign assets as needed.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creative assets meet platform specifications and campaign goals.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure accurate tracking platform‑specific measurement tools.
- Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on‑time execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather assets, approvals, and campaign requirements.
- Support QA processes to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising operations, or campaign management.
- Working knowledge of HTML for editing and troubleshooting campaign assets.
- Hands‑on experience with paid social media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, Twitter, etc.).
- Experience using Google Ad Manager or similar ad‑serving platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or other analytics tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms or CRM systems.
