Strategic Planner​/Analyst

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Planner/Analyst to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) J8. The analyst will possess expertise with the documents and processes encompassed by the Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS), to include the review and development of strategic documents, review of plans, global force management (GFM), and Joint Force Design, Development and Experimentation.

Responsibilities include:

• Support NGB J8 engagement and participation in the review and development of strategic documents, plans, GFM products, concepts, wargames, and analysis.
• Assist in assessing issues, providing timely information, and developing recommendations for NGB leaders in support of their participation in senior leader forums.
• Support developing and responding to formal staffing actions via ETMS

• Collaborate with staff across the NGB JS and DoD to develop or maintain relationships that aid in situational awareness and knowledge of NGB missions and anticipate requirements in support of NGB senior leaders.

Required skills include:

• U.S. Citizen
• Current Top Secret clearance and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
• Proven analytical and strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task across concurrent initiatives
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and organization skills
• Advanced proficiency with groupware applications and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to travel

Preferred skills include proficiency in DOD tasking systems (e.g., CATMS, ETMS2).
