Intelligence Operations Specialist

The incumbent of this position will work in Director of Defense Intelligence, Collection and Special Programs (C&SP), which oversees, enables, and integrates the Defense Intelligence Enterprise's collection capabilities and clandestine technical operations. It is the advocate for resources as necessary to support technical operations and other traditional military activities, as assigned, in support of DoD and National Intelligence related activities.

Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following:

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service (see https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).)
• May be required to successfully complete a probationary/trial period
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment
  
  Required to participate in the direct deposit program
• This position is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing
• Selections from this notice are subject to provisions of the DOD Priority Placement Program for displaced employees.
• This position may require occasional travel (CONUS and OCONUS) away from your normal duty station for official business on military or commercial aircraft.
• The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
