Salesforce Project Manager / Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role will be responsible for leading a project team from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery of project deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align with strategic goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the technical team, client, and senior leadership, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements and work closely with the development team to understand technical requirements and resolve challenges.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
- Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency.
- Foster collaboration and accountability among project team members, ensuring a high-performance culture.

Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and Salesforce tools (e.g., Flow, Reports, Dashboards).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Project Management and/or Business Analyst Certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator).
- Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies.
Transitioning military and/or Veterans with IT/IS, finance, and/or healthcare systems specialties are invited to apply.
