Salesforce Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role will be responsible for leading a project team from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery of project deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align with strategic goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the technical team, client, and senior leadership, providing regular updates and progress reports.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements and work closely with the development team to understand technical requirements and resolve challenges.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
• Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency.
• Foster collaboration and accountability among project team members, ensuring a high-performance culture.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and Salesforce tools (e.g., Flow, Reports, Dashboards).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Project Management and/or Business Analyst Certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator).
• Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT

This position may require Public Trust clearance. Candidates must undergo a background investigation, including a review of employment history, education, criminal record, and financial history. The clearance process ensures that the candidate is reliable, trustworthy, and of good conduct and character. Employment offers are contingent upon successful passing a public trust clearance process.
