About the RoleAmazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the world in cloud technologies. As part of the AWS Support team, the Enterprise Support Manager will assist global financial services companies by managing enterprise accounts, analyzing operational performance, providing detailed reviews of service disruptions, recommending new AWS offerings, advocating for customer requirements, and collaborating with AWS engineers to ensure rapid issue resolution.
Responsibilities- Manage assigned Enterprise accounts and oversee support cases
- Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customers
- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and pre‑launch planning
- Recommend how new AWS offerings fit within the customer’s architecture
- Advocate for customer features and requirements within AWS (be their voice internally)
- Participate in customer meetings (onsite or via phone)
- Use all key customer resolution tools across service groups to facilitate rapid resolution of customer concerns
- Work directly with AWS engineers to ensure customer issues are resolved expediently
The Americas Public Sector (AMER‑PS) Enterprise Support team is comprised of Enterprise Account Engineers (EAEs) and Enterprise Support Managers (ESMs) from diverse Public Sector backgrounds. We serve public sector entities with tailored solutions and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
Requirements- Associate’s degree or higher (e.g., CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, CSSLP)
- 6+ years of technical engineering experience
- 4+ years of managing technical teams
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
- Passionate about customers and new technology
- Experience working with enterprise software companies
- Operational experience in at least three of: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, Dev Ops, big data and analytics, security, application development in a distributed‑systems environment
- 4+ years of professional work experience, or experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers
This position requires that the candidate be a U.S. Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
