Seeking an experienced Cross Domain Solution CDS Program Lead to serve as the technical and programmatic lead for the development and integration of cross-domain-controlled interfaces between a Multi-Level System (MLS) boundary and other classified internal and external Single Level Domain (SLD) and neighboring MLS CDS systems. These tasks include, but are not limited to, configuration of hardware and software, establishing accounts, upgrading and modifying database applications, and supporting the required security accreditation paperwork to maintain required security authorization for deployed controlled interfaces.
Services that are required to traverse the Interfaces include, but are not limited, to e-mail, Web, remote desktop connections, and file upload.
- Provide CDS architecture planning and operational execution
- Ensure adherence to NSA Raise-the-Bar (RTB)
- Ensure adherence to JSIG Overlay for Accessibility
- Ensure solutions are compliant with NCDSMO, NIST, and DOD policies and standards
- Manage RMF A&A lifecycle for CDS environment
- Manage vulnerability assessment and penetration testing of the CDS environment
- Manage continuous monitoring of the CDS environment
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting DOD IT systems and cyber capabilities
- 3+ years of experience with CDS architecture, policy, and implementation
- Familiarity with DISA Unified Capabilities Approved Products List (UC APL)
- Familiarity with the NCDSMO Baseline List
