Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to help support a federal agency. The Analyst is primarily tasked with focused on business requirement gathering & development. This postion does not focus on technical system requirements—it is centered on stakeholder engagement and translating evolving needs into clear business requirements for OIT.

- An CBP BI/Public Trust
- MUST have a bachelor’s degree
- 3-7 for mid-level or 8-10 YOE for mid-level
- Business/operational requirements gathering
- Extremely organized & comfortable working in a consulting capacity
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions to capture needs, pain points, and priorities
- Maintain and continuously update operational requirements (ongoing change expected)
- Translate operational requirements into business functional requirements
- Produce clear requirements documentation and traceability/mapping
- Hand off business requirements to OIT technical team for technical functional requirements
- Engage with user community to validate and refine operational requirements.
- Gather and consolidate release schedules required for product roadmap.
