About the position: You will serve as the General Counsel, ES-0905-00, Office of the Director, United States Marshals Service located in Arlington, VA.
DutiesAs a General Counsel at the ES-0905-00 level some of your typical work assignments may include:
The incumbent of this position serves as the General Counsel with full technical responsibility for
Requirements- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must complete a Public Financial Disclosure Report before entering on duty.
- This is a Designated Random Drug Testing position.
- Initial appointments to the SES require a one year probationary period.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
