Summary
Lidl US is searching for the next CRM Analyst, Analysis & Reporting to join our CRM & Loyalty team! The CRM Analyst, Analysis & Reporting, is the strategic engine driving performance across all CRM and Loyalty initiatives. This role delivers deep, data-driven insights and reporting that inform strategic decision-making. A profound understanding of operational CRM processes, including Customer Journeys and advanced Segmentation, is critical for effective performance analysis and generating actionable recommendations.
PLEASE NOTE:
This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Arlington, VA, and follows a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in‑office.
Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain regular KPI reports, utilize standardized dashboards
- Analyze campaign and program performance, identifying trends and insights
- Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and presentations
- Collaborate with internal and international analytics teams to align on methodology
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems and reports
- Conduct data entry and data management for various department projects
- Assist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plans
- Experience in CRM or marketing data analysis
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent numerical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Suite or related software
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in A/B testing and experimentation analysis
- Ability to define and track key CRM metrics related to the customer lifecycle (e.g., Conversion Rates, Churn, Customer Lifetime Value)
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Proficiency
- Operational CRM Understanding:
Practical knowledge of customer journeys and segmentation to objectively evaluate and optimize measures ideally in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or similar field
- 1–20 years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
- SQL certification
- Advanced Excel / Financial Modeling Course(s)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Data Analysis & Visualization Certification(s)
