Senior Federal Project Manager – Oracle Health Optimization

Location: Rosslyn, VA

As a Senior Federal Project Manager – OH Optimization in Oracle Health Government Services (OHGS), you will be aligned to the Technical Intake Team, specifically managing and writing Oracle plans to address new Federal client requirements. You will work closely with the OHGS Technical Intake Lead and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for drafting, proposing, and defending Project Plan documentation from project inception to execution, communicating proposals to stakeholders to obtain client sign‑off and agreement.

The role requires a strong background in scoping technical requirements, translating.

• Receive external requirements and transform them into an internal intake submission ticket for feasibility review.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings to collaborate on proposal drafting.

• Coordinate with the Technical Intake Lead and Optimization Project Manager on the proposal.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5 years of experience relevant to this position.
• Experience developing project plans for technical requirements.
• Experience in effective communications and building rapport with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate government security clearance.
• U.S. citizen required for the assigned client contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management in Health Care or Information Technology fields.
• Experience in Government Contracting or Government Proposal Writing.
• PMP Certification.

• In‑office 4 days per week in Rosslyn, VA.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
• Client‑facing role.
• Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Hiring Range $70,600 – $141,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
