We have an immediate hiring need for a Program Manager to lead DARPA's workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives. This individual will develop and execute a strategic roadmap, oversee the full lifecycle of automation projects, integrate disparate systems, and ensure stakeholder collaboration.

• Develop and execute a DARPA strategic roadmap for workflow automation across the agency, aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for workflow improvement and automation, based on DARPA business needs and potential impact.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and best practices in workflow automation, providing recommendations for adoption.
• Oversee the DARPA full lifecycle of workflow automation projects, from initial planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and manage DARPA project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure DARPA projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage and track program performance metrics and report on progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough analyses of existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement new automation solutions to integrate disparate systems and data sources, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Oversee the implementation and configuration of chosen tools, ensuring they are properly integrated with existing systems.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for workflow automation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure stakeholders are satisfied with the implemented solutions.
• Design and implement new or improved workflow processes using workflow automation tools for DARPA.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, workflows, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of workflow automation solutions.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on new workflows and systems.
• Monitor user adoption and provide ongoing support to address any issues or concerns.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management with a focus on workflow automation and experience within the DOD environment is required.
• Minimum Secret clearance, eligible to obtain Top‑Secret.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be willing to work on site in Arlington, VA.
