JOB DESCRIPTION Seeking a highly motivated and driven Systems Analyst & Technical Trainer to work Hybrid schedule supporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or PONSIBILITIES
* Collect and perform analysis on information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system and deliver technical training to end users
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
* Work with system SMEs to ensure the implementation of desired functionalities
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, as they arise
* Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end users
* Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance user proficiency
* Provide one-on-one coaching and support to users to address their specific needs
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems
* Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and teaching skills, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Teach users how to effectively navigate and leverage Power Automate and the broader Power Platform tool to streamline workflows and boost productivity REQUIREMENTS
* 3 years of proven experience analyzing IT systems, establishing training needs, developing training programs and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
* Work with system SMEs to ensure the implementation of desired functionalities
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, as they arise
* Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end users
* Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance user proficiency
* Teach users how to effectively navigate and leverage Power Automate and the broader Power Platform tool to streamline workflows and boost productivity CERTIFICATION(s)
* 712 - Cyber Instructor - Intermediate SECURITY CLEARANCE
* Active Secret Security Clearance EDUCATION
* BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an Information Technology field of study. COMPENSATION The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
