This position supports a Federal Government client at one of our Washington, DC Metropolitan area locations. It requires an on-site schedule, subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

• Analyze complex problems, develop and document alternate solutions
• Perform and document results of what‑if analysis
• Perform business and system requirements elicitation and analysis via user groups, interviews, regulatory research, etc.
• Draft requirements documents and design documents
• Draft proposals to resolve systems and business process issues
• Develop test plans, execute manual and automated test scripts, and document results
• Collaborate with clients to review test plans and verify coverage of business processes and that business requirements are satisfied by the system
• Provide subject matter expertise on software functionality and business processes
• Provide product management deliverables to aid the project manager and team in establishing shared expectations for a successful project
• Perform routine monitoring activities and report on the status of the project across all lifecycle phases and at significant milestones

Up to 25% business travel.

• 5 years’ experience with the software development lifecycle (analysis/design, development, testing, implementation, support) or prior experience with project management
• Expertise with E‑Government Travel Systems and the ability to align travel systems to meet client business needs
• Expertise researching and applying Federal Travel Regulations
• Expertise with MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must be flexible and have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi‑task while maintaining a professional demeanor

• Experience with E‑Government Travel Systems
• Experience with CGI Momentum applications
• Experience with requirements elicitation and analysis
• Experience in software testing
• Knowledge of robotic process automation applications (UI Path, UFT)

BA/BS

Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. A clearance is not required to apply.

Projected range is $98,000 - $104,000 per year. Final salary determined based on qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations.
