As a Senior Federal Project Manager – OH Optimization in Oracle Health Government Services (OHGS) you will be aligned to the Technical Intake Team, specifically managing and writing Oracle plans to address new Federal client requirements. You will work closely with the OHGS Technical Intake Lead and will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. This individual will be primarily responsible of drafting, proposing and defending Project Plan documentation from project inception to project execution, and effectively communicate proposals to internal and external stakeholders to obtain client sign‑off and agreement.
This role requires a strong background in scoping technical requirements, including government proposals, understanding government requirements and translating into an executable scope, developing a project plan that includes milestones, and identifying level of effort needed to support work.
Additional job requirements are:
- Receive external requirements and transform into an internal intake submission ticket to be reviewed and approved for feasibility.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for collaboration on drafting proposal.
- Attend weekly status meetings and report on current activities, issues, blockers.
- Coordinate with Technical Intake Lead and Optimization Project Manager on proposal.
Certain US customer or client‑facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week.
Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. - 11 paid holidays.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5 years of experience relevant to this position.
- Experience developing project plans for technical requirements.
- Experience in effective communications and building rapport with cross‑functional teams and clients.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate government security clearance applicable for your position.
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen.
- Experience in project management in the Health Care or Information Technology fields.
- Experience in Government Contracting or Government Proposal Writing.
- PMP Certification.
- In office 4 days/week in Rosslyn, VA.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, as needed.
- Client‑Facing Role.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
