Business Analyst Contractor - CTA

Summary

This role is for a Business Analyst Contractor – a key contributor to enterprise level solutions with responsibilities in project management, requirements identification, system analysis, and stakeholder interfacing. The candidate should bring a strong understanding of enterprise systems, business analysis, and project management and be able to serve as a strategic partner to the IT department by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

The role involves analytical expertise combined with project management skills to drive IT initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver organizational value.

• Business Analysis
  • Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize systems, software, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and track project progress.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within IT operations.
  • Support data governance, security, and compliance initiatives in partnership with IT and business units.
  • Facilitate communication between IT and other departments to ensure alignment on technology projects and priorities.
• Project Management
  • Lead or support IT projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables.
  • Develop project plans and timelines; track progress and report status to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Roll out and drive adoption of new systems and processes.
• Other Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support IT and organizational goals.
  • Contribute to IT strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with vendor management and contract administration.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and professional growth within the IT team.

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a similar capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business personnel at all levels.
• Experience in multiple technical disciplines covering business analysis, project management, and engineering functions.
• Strong knowledge of business process improvement, workflow automation, and business systems and applications.
• Ability to work within a team, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Project management knowledge and experience managing small‑to‑mid‑size IT projects, preferably within CRM/AMS systems or business system applications.
