Key Job Responsibilities- Research and develop novel algorithms and modeling techniques to solve difficult problems.
- Collaborate with applied scientists, software engineers, and research scientists from other disciplines.
- Work on core LLM technologies, including Prompt Engineering and Optimization, Supervised Fine‑Tuning, and Evaluation.
- Build experimental AI/ML features and tools to revolutionize the hiring process and scale impactful features into production workflows.

Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of building models for business applications.
- PhD or Master’s degree and 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or related field.
- Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, or related language.
- Experience in algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high‑performance computing.
- Experience using Unix/Linux.
- Professional software development experience.

CompensationBase pay ranges from $136,000 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,400 per year in our highest market. Pay is based on location and may vary. Equity, sign‑on payments, and additional benefits may be included.
