Intelligence Analyst - SIGINT-SME

Active TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI).

Job Description:

• Experience as a SIGINT analyst. Must have the ability to work with cross-functional and joint teams to address capability assessments for operational and strategic problem sets.
• Experience working with Combatant Commands is highly desirable, as is a network of active contacts within the intelligence professional’s community.
• Candidate must be capable of processing multi-discipline intelligence to generate fused production, indications and warning, and other threat analysis.
• It is also highly desirable that the candidate have experience providing advice and briefing government leadership regarding critical political, military or irregular warfare capabilities in support of operational and tactical level planning.
• Experience in the INDOPACOM AOR and against a peer adversary is highly desired.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's Preferred
• At least 15 years of relevant geospatial intelligence experience; demonstrated relevant experience with digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, geographical information systems (GIS), geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry;
• Demonstrated relevant experience using Remote View, ArcGIS, Socet GXP Demonstrated relevant experience working with large structured data sets;
• Demonstrated relevant experience reading and understanding intelligence issues, military affairs, and use GIS to develop Geospatial Intelligence reports and products to solve problems;
• Demonstrated relevant experience utilizing compartmented GEOINT within the past 3 years;
• Demonstrated relevant experience with statistical/mathematical analysis applied to GEOINT within the past 3 years;
• Demonstrated relevant experience working cross-IC projects within the past 3 years;
• Demonstrated relevant experience conducting data mining using IC databases, open-source reporting and other intelligence sources within the past 3 years;
• Demonstrated relevant experience working with intelligence organizations and systems;
• Collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources; techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information within the past 3 years

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
