Palladium is currently seeking a Senior Technical Advisor, Government to Government (G2G) Partnerships to support implementation of the Translating Data for Implementation (Data.

FI), a global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the State Department.

Data.

FI partners with State Department Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD) programs to accelerate and sustain access to high-quality data to expedite HIV epidemic control and maintenance. Data.

FI supports host country governments to enhance existing health information systems (HIS) and conduct in-depth analysis of epidemiologic and program data to inform management responses to gaps in programming and sustain impact by supporting local partner transition.

The Senior Technical Advisor, G2G Partnerships focuses on developing strategic partnerships with government agencies, donors, private sector, and NGOs to advance digital health solutions and technology adoption. This is a high‑visibility, strategic role at the intersection of global health, financing and digital transformation, offering the opportunity to shape sustainable health systems and drive innovation in government‑to‑government partnerships. The position serves as the primary liaison for external partners, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, regular communication and alignment of project objectives.

Responsibilities include monitoring partnership outcomes, facilitating innovation through co‑creation and integration of digital tools, and leveraging expertise in health informatics and information systems to support donor-funded initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience in partnership management, health information exchange architecture, multi‑source data integration within the digital health sector.

PLEASE NOTE this role is contingent upon funding (expected in January) and the project will run through September 2026.

The position is based in either Palladium’s Arlington, VA office or works remotely in/around Pretoria, South Africa.

Palladium supports a hybrid working model with 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

For our prospective employees in the United States, please note that the full‑time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $120,000 to $135,000
. Please be advised that a final salary offer will be based on various factors, including but not limited to your qualifications, education, experience, skills, seniority, performance and Palladium’s business or organizational needs.
