RoleTechnical Program Manager
About interos.aiinteros.ai is defining the category of supply chain risk intelligence, building the world’s most trusted and transparent supply chains. Our pioneering platform automates the discovery and continuous monitoring of supply chain risk across every tier — enabling faster, data‑driven threat mitigation and resilience at global scale.
As the first and only automated supplier intelligence platform, interos.ai gives organizations real‑time visibility into extended supply chains to protect against regulatory risk, unethical labor, cyber threats, and systemic vulnerabilities under a single pane of glass.
With customers spanning the commercial, government, and public sectors — including Global Fortune 500 companies and members of the Five Eyes nations — interos.ai offers a rare opportunity to help shape an early, fast‑growing market that’s transforming global security and economic resilience.
The OpportunityAs a Technical Program Manager, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of complex, technical initiatives that advance our platform. You’ll partner deeply with engineering, product, applied AI, design, and go‑to‑market teams to translate high‑level concepts into clear technical requirements, maintain alignment, and drive execution from initial scoping through release.
In this role, you’ll combine product intuition with strong technical depth—guiding solution design, ensuring architectural considerations are understood, and enabling teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality features. You’ll own planning, prioritize tradeoffs, track milestones, and use data and user feedback to continuously refine outcomes.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who can think like an engineer, act like a product owner, and operate with the delivery rigor of a seasoned program lead.
What You Will Do- Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex, cross‑functional product initiatives—from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Translate strategic objectives and customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements and measurable success criteria.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and applied AI teams to shape technical scope, validate approaches, and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with platform architecture.
- Drive roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and release readiness across multiple work streams.
- Define and track feature‑level KPIs; leverage performance data and user feedback to inform iteration and continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain alignment to timelines, resourcing, and roadmap priorities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, establish delivery best practices, and foster operational rigor across teams.
- Build and apply domain expertise in Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) to guide product decisions and ensure real‑world relevance.
- Communicate effectively across all levels—providing crisp updates, clear documentation, and compelling narratives to technical and executive stakeholders.
- 5+ years of hands‑on program, product, or technical project management experience (or 3+ years with a master’s degree).
- Experience operating in technical environments such as big data, AI/ML, supply chain, logistics, or other complex software domains.
- Demonstrated success partnering within multi‑disciplinary engineering and product teams, with the ability to understand technical implications and support solution decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented, data‑driven mindset.
- Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to lead, coach, and influence Agile delivery teams.
- Proven ability to manage risk, drive clarity, and execute across competing priorities in fast‑moving environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to build alignment across engineering, product, and go‑to‑market teams.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, architecture review processes, observability tools, and supporting incident/root‑cause workflows.
- Experience working with APIs, cloud…
