Stand Together

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.

About

Loop

Loop is a Stand Together Foundation technology platform partnering with 211 helplines nationwide to revolutionize social service delivery. By "closing the loop" with every caller through SMS follow-ups and data‑driven insights, Loop transforms one‑time referrals into measurable outcomes and continuous improvement cycles.

Our platform doesn’t just collect data – it creates invisible intelligence that helps 211 specialists make better referrals, enables service providers to understand their true capacity and impact, and most importantly, ensures that people in crisis get connected to help that actually works. Early pilots demonstrate strong caller engagement and show how 211s are already using this intelligence to improve funding decisions and service delivery.

The

Opportunity

As Senior Product Manager for Loop, you will lead the strategy and execution for this mission‑critical platform that directly impacts millions of Americans navigating a crisis. You will work at the intersection of social impact, data science, and human‑centered design – partnering with a diverse coalition of 211 organizations, service providers, government agencies, and Stand Together community partners to build a transformative service marketplace powered by experimentation and continuous learning.

This role offers the unique opportunity to apply product excellence to one of society’s most pressing challenges: ensuring that our most vulnerable neighbors can reliably access the help they need, when they need it most.

In Your First 6–12 Months, You Will
  • Deliver a 2026 roadmap that scales Loop to more 211s and pilots peer‑informed recommendation flows ("invisible intelligence").
  • Strengthen product analytics and reporting (caller outcomes, connection rates, provider capacity signals) and ship improvements to the provider reports and dashboards.
  • Run discovery with 211 leadership and front‑line specialists; validate/prioritize features that improve referral success and follow‑up quality.
  • Stand up an experiment pipeline (hypothesis → metric → test → decision) for messaging, workflows, and matching logic.
How You Will Contribute
  • Strategic roadmap & execution – Own Loop’s multi‑quarter roadmap aligned to STF’s mission and 211 partner goals. Translate strategy into clear outcomes, themes, and prioritize bets with measurable impact.
  • Feature requirements & prioritization – Write crisp PRDs and acceptance criteria; break work into thin slices that deliver value early and often. Balance user impact, technical feasibility, and data leverage (feedback, capacity, outcomes).
  • Stakeholder management & communication – Lead recurring discovery/feedback sessions with 211 teams (specialists, supervisors, execs). Communicate progress, decisions, and learnings to STF leadership and partner 211s.
  • Product performance measurement – Define and monitor North Star and guardrail metrics (e.g., response rate, connection rate, time‑to‑help, opt‑in follow‑ups, provider signal freshness, recommendation adoption). Partner with data/engineering to instrument analytics and ship insights to 211s and providers.
  • Market research & competitive analysis – Track the service‑navigation space and adjacent tools; identify partnership and differentiation opportunities informed by Loop’s unique dataset.
  • Agile collaboration (lightweight) – Facilitate scrum ceremonies for the Loop team (planning, stand‑ups, retros) and maintain a healthy backlog in partnership with the Eng Lead/TPM. Coordinate releases and QA readiness; drive crisp, low‑overhead execution.
What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years in product management delivering B2B2C/B2C platform products; evidence of outcome‑oriented road mapping and shipping impactful products.
  • Strong discovery…
