Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Now Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Service Now principles and practices, as well as proven experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Service Now instances. The candidate will also have a minimum Secret security clearance, up to Top Secret.
Responsibilities:
- Configure,customize,and maintain Service Now instances to meet the needs of the organization
- Develop and implement workflows and automations to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve Service Now issues
- Provide technical support to Service Now users
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Service Now features and best practices
- Maintain Service Now documentation
- Work with other IT teams to integrate Service Now with other systems
- Participate in security audits and assessments
- Follow all security protocols and procedures
- 5+ years of experience in Service Now administration
- Proven experience in configuring,customizing,and maintaining Service Now instances
- Strong understanding of Service Now principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
