We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Now Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Service Now principles and practices, as well as proven experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Service Now instances. The candidate will also have a minimum Secret security clearance, up to Top Secret.

Responsibilities:

• Configure,customize,and maintain Service Now instances to meet the needs of the organization
• Develop and implement workflows and automations to improve efficiency and streamline processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve Service Now issues
• Provide technical support to Service Now users
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Service Now features and best practices
• Maintain Service Now documentation
• Work with other IT teams to integrate Service Now with other systems
• Participate in security audits and assessments
• Follow all security protocols and procedures

• 5+ years of experience in Service Now administration
• Proven experience in configuring,customizing,and maintaining Service Now instances
• Strong understanding of Service Now principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
