Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Modeling and Simulation Specialist to support an innovative program. The ideal candidate will have a background in signal processing, modeling languages, and analytical simulation tools. The candidate in this role will have strong analytical, communication, and program management skills to support technical oversight, performer progress tracking, and risk assessment. Arlington, VA 3 days a week and hybrid as required.
Part‑Time
Clearance:
Secret (TS/SCI preferred)
- Master’s Degree
- Program and/or project management skills and expertise, to include demonstrated experience leading diverse technical teams.
- A background in signal processing techniques, specifically in one or more of the following:
- Experience with modeling and simulation tools (Matlab or Python) to support problem analysis and simulations.
- Strong written and oral skills.
- Prior experience preparing technical documents, reports, and presentations.
- Experience delivering briefings to senior government or industry leaders.
