IT & Security Manager – Arlington, VA (Onsite)
Growing technology organization seeks an IT & Security Manager to lead IT infrastructure, networking, security, and compliance. This role ensures system performance, data protection, and adherence to CMMC and NIST 800-171 standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, configurations, and vendor relationships.
- Implement security controls, respond to incidents, and safeguard sensitive data.
- Lead CMMC compliance efforts, including documentation, audits, and training.
- Provide staff support, manage equipment provisioning, OS upgrades, and security patches.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize IT processes and security practices.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 5+ years in IT management and cybersecurity.
- Expertise in networking, system administration, and security tools (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
- Strong knowledge of CMMC and NIST 800-171.
- Certifications:
CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CCNA (or similar). - Experience with Mac OS and Apple hardware.
- Vendor management and startup experience.
- Prior CMMC implementation.
$190,000 per year
