- Designs and evaluates end-to-end systems through their entire life cycle.
- Ensures products and systems comply with requirements and customer information assurance and cybersecurity standards through formal verification methods with specific emphasis on network and cyber operations.
- Maintains coordination with customers and stakeholders to ensure realistic schedule milestones are achieved.
- Delivers all required documentation as directed and needed.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to identify additional controls that are applicable to ensure positive security postures.
- Identifies, tracks, and reports security requirements throughout the security process of all assigned information systems.
- Provides timely and detailed responses to all requested information requests.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
- Security clearance level: Active Top Secret required.
- Certifications: DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification required, and a second computing environment certification is required (e.g., CEH, GIAC certs, CySA+, CCNA‑S, CISA, CISSP).
- Role requirements: Previous experience designing, developing, testing, and evaluating information system security throughout the systems development life cycle; experience with shared security infrastructures such as JRSS; deep understanding of core network security tools (IDS/IPS, Firewalls, Web Content Filters, SIEM, DLP, etc.); knowledge of DoD endpoint security technologies (HBSS, ACAS, Tanium); experience translating customer or product requirements into total systems solutions; ability to support a hybrid-work schedule with at least 2 days on-site per week.

The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $120,750. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
