Overview

The Front Desk Recruitment Coordinator supports recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring smooth workflow and a positive candidate experience. This individual works with the Healthcare Recruitment team and administrative support to ensure effective recruitment processes and recommends strategic improvements to the Director or Recruitment and Assistant Director of Operations. The Front Desk Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for onboarding logistics for new candidates and internal transfers, answering phones, data entry, auditing, lab coat fittings, placing orders, and ensuring new employees feel welcome.

The Administrative Coordinator assists with the development of the recruitment plan with patient care and the hospital s mission and vision foremost at all times. The Front Desk Coordinator must possess excellent communication (written/verbal) skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities. The Administrative Coordinator will be on-site supporting a remote team of recruiters.

Responsibilities
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth workflow and a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the Healthcare Recruitment team and administrative support to ensure effective recruitment processes.
  • Recommend strategic improvements to the Director or Recruitment and Assistant Director of Operations.
  • Manage onboarding logistics for new candidates and internal transfers.
  • Answer phones, perform data entry, auditing, and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate lab coat fittings and ensure new employees feel welcome.
  • Assist with development of recruitment plans aligned with patient care and the hospital s mission and vision.
  • Maintain excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide on-site support for a remote team of recruiters as required.
Education

An associate s degree is preferred.

Experience
  • One year of HR or Recruitment Administration Experience Preferred.
  • One year of proficiency using medical terminology is preferred.
Certification/Licensure

None.
