Talent Manager, Employee Relations, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Summary
Summit Ridge Energy (“SRE”) is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, HRIS management, LMS management, training, and reporting in a dynamic, growing organization.
Role and Responsibilities- Recruit and manage multiple requisitions across business units.
- Oversee onboarding from background checks to new hire communications, championing programs beyond Day 1.
- Administer the HRIS, maintain employee records, create reports, and administer benefits.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee questions and resolve issues regarding compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Manage immigration programs in partnership with legal counsel.
- Administer leave programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient, conflict‑free workplace.
- Uphold performance management, maintain employee files, and conduct periodic audits for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and perform other duties as assigned.
- 2‑5 years of Generalist experience in a fast‑paced, growing organization.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience administering an HRIS system.
- Excellent MS Office skills; experience with SharePoint is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, autonomous environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technologically savvy and adaptable to change.
- SHRM certification preferred.
