HR Manager Arlington, VA

About the Job:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure compliant job postings, support resume screenings, and schedule interviews.
• Support performance review cycles and other compensation processes.
• Assist with benefits administration, multi-state compliance, open enrollment, and vendor coordination.
• Partner with the accounting team to support payroll accuracy.
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the HR team.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is highly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience are required.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• UKG experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Confidential and personable with the ability to connect with others.

• $38/hr-$43/hr, depending on experience.
• Temporary for 3 months, starting ASAP!
• Potential for the assignment to extend or become permanent.
• Hours are 9am-5pm.
• Must be DMV located.
