Base pay range

$27.00/hr - $31.00/hr

LHH is partnering with an organization in Arlington, VA to bring on a Contract Recruiter for a four-month engagement. This role will primarily be remote, with the flexibility to travel onsite as needed. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts and supporting hiring managers across the organization.

Location: Remote (with occasional onsite travel to Arlington, VA)

Pay Rate: $27–$31/hour (based on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and updates within the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
