B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group quality standards. The hotel‑housekeeping team member assists guests by providing friendly, courteous and professional service, adheres to health regulations, and follows the company’s high standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Cleanliness:
Clean and ensure necessary amenities and supplies are in guest rooms; keep carts, linens, rooms, and equipment clean and functional. - Guest Service:
Deliver house‑keeping service that meets and exceeds guest expectations; assist and respond to guest requests promptly; work collaboratively with other departments; understand Holiday Inn’s guest service recovery program. - Safety/
Risk Management:
Maintain a safe work area in compliance with Holiday Inn, brand, and all regulatory requirements; inspect rooms for maintenance needs; report maintenance issues; use chemicals safely; adhere to incident procedures; know hotel emergency procedures. - Self‑Management:
Produce required volume of work by planning, organizing, prioritizing duties; follow attendance, grooming, and appearance standards; attend required meetings; use equipment and supplies responsibly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Hotel housekeeping or laundry experience preferred; attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to work repetitively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds consistently during the shift.
- Significant bending required.
