• Responsible for preparing, assembling and packing raw and/or cooked food items in accordance with specifications and USDA/FDA/HACCP standards.
• Performs job duties in a timely manner to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
• Washes, cleans, and cuts raw food products in accordance with established Company and Customer procedures.
• Keeps kitchen and work areas clean, sanitary, and well maintained. Maintains proper temperatures of all food products.
• Assumes other related duties as required or assigned.

MUST BEABLETOWORKINCOLD ENVIRONMENT (Below 30-degree temperatures) for 8+ hours a day.
