Responsibilities

What the Role Involves

  • As a full- or part-time Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant, you’ll meet with patients, manage medication reduction plans, and conduct goals of care conversations to develop long-term health plans for each patient.
  • You’ll work closely with the Med Cap Health team while maintaining autonomy to craft individualized care plans.

Qualifications
  • Active DEA license (new grads are welcome!)
  • Coachable and trainable with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Adaptability in a dynamic clinical setting
Work Schedule

This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities, Monday to Friday in an inpatient setting. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while working closely with a collaborative medical team.
