Right at Home is hiring In‑Home Caregivers holding a CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate to provide physical assistance to clients in Arlington, VA. Candidates must be pet‑friendly and be able to support clients across Northern Virginia counties, including Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun.

We offer flexible scheduling—part‑time, full‑time, live‑in, daytime, overnight, weekday, or weekend. You can select the schedules, clients, and locations that suit you. Pay increases are available based on schedule, client type, and experience (1‑4, 4‑9, 10+ years).

• Base pay ranges from $19.50 to $20.00 per hour.
• Weekend, travel, and travel‑time/mileage compensation.
• Additional pay for couple care, visit rate, and personal care plus.
• Overtime pay for >40 hours per week.
