About The Job

Client Coordinators work in the front office to check patients in and out, provide product and service information, take payments, and schedule future appointments. You’ll facilitate all aspects of the Skin Pharm experience for our patients, both existing and new.

Additional duties include answering phones, performing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the front room is clean and welcoming, re‑organizing products as patients shop, and placing furniture back in its original place.

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interact daily with patients.
  • Proficient in office software for entering payments and handling electronic patient records.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Passion for the aesthetic industry.
  • Product and service knowledge, ability to answer questions, educate patients, and make recommendations.
