Direct Support Professional

Overview

Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding role helping others? EnCircle is looking for part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Arlington, Virginia. This is an entry-level hourly role with paid training, no prior experience required, and a supportive team.

A DSP works with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to help people realize their full potential. You will assist with everyday activities and support health, safety, and wellbeing to promote community integration and engagement.

• Support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in daily activities.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to pass our paid training in CPR, First Aid and DSP orientation within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Satisfactory Driving Record with no negative points balance.
• Must have responsible work ethic and good communication skills.
• Must be compassionate and caring.
• We are currently hiring for nights, weekends, and PRN.
