Position Overview:

Deliver high‑quality occupational therapy services in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards. You’ll evaluate patients, design effective treatment and discharge plans, and guide them toward improved independence in daily living skills.

• Evaluate and treat patients following physician orders and referrals
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Accurately document all services in a timely manner
• Supervise and support COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and documentation standards

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active Virginia OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Excellent clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
