MRI Technologist
We're offering a $2500.00 sign-on bonus with this position. This is a full‑time position, 40 hours per week, from 2:30 pm to 11 pm.
Responsibilities- Screen patients before exam for precautions or contradictions, using two patient identifiers.
- Explain and prepare patients for MRI procedures, positioning them appropriately.
- Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures, supporting patients throughout the scan.
- Adjust MRI scan parameters correctly as needed.
- Follow physicians' orders, adhere to safety regulations, and maintain patient records in RIS.
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area that promotes safety for patients and coworkers.
- Maintain the ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements.
- Assist with the updated imaging protocol manual and software upgrades.
- Monitor medical supply inventory and request supplies as necessary.
- Assist with training new associates.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
