Position Title
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Job DescriptionUnder supervision of a registered pharmacist, performs the technical tasks involved with the storage, distribution, packaging, labeling of medication and associated record-keeping and patient billing systems.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Three years of experience in an institutional setting is preferred.
Certification/Licensure: Licensed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician by the Virginia Department of Health Professions required.
