OverviewForeign Disclosure and Technology Transfer Specialist role focused on reviewing export license requests, advising on foreign disclosure, and supporting foreign visits and technology transfer activities for the Air Force and Space Force. This position emphasizes understanding international affairs, security cooperation, and the USAF missions, within the context of U.S. government security cooperation programs.
Responsibilities- Review export license requests from U.S. industry and provide analysis and recommendations to Air Force foreign disclosure officers concerning release parameters.
- Review and edit Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letters and assess the appropriate release of briefings and information to foreign recipients.
- Develop and provide recommendations for export licenses and compliance; advise on approvals for foreign national visits to Air Force and Space Force bases and U.S. defense contractor facilities using the Foreign Visits System (FVS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support foreign disclosure and technology transfer activities in alignment with program objectives.
- 5+ years of experience with Foreign Disclosure and Technology Transfer, Security Cooperation, and the Foreign Visits System
- Knowledge of international affairs, security assistance, and foreign military sales, including processes, legislation, and key players
- Knowledge of the USAF’s roles and missions
- Knowledge of the SAF/IA’s role within and relationship toward the U.S. government’s security cooperation community
- Knowledge of the USXPORTS SPAN System
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to efficiently work with Microsoft Office applications for researching, writing, coordination, and revision of communications materials
- Ability to follow the standards outlined in USAF Handbook 33-337, The Tongue and Quill
- Ability to communicate professionally across the civilian and military spectrum, from the Action Officer to the General Officer or Flag Officer level
- Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location and the individual’s education, knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $ annually. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
