Position: Senior Congressional Actions Coordinator with Security Clearance
Duties
* Articulate and communicate program issues under review, deadlines and time frames for completion.
* Review, approve, disapprove, and sign final replies developed by Congressional Actions Coordinator team members.
* Serve as coach, facilitator, and/or negotiator in coordinating team initiatives and in consensus building activities.
* Discuss incomplete, inaccurate, or unacceptable responses with team members.
* Analyze written correspondence and telephonic requests to determine pertinent issues, extent of research required, and sources from which to obtain information and facts to provide comprehensive and accurate replies. Requirements Conditions of employment

Experience:

One year of specialized experience which includes report on the status and/or progress of work being performed; conduct training regarding congressional casework topics; manage correspondence in varied stages of completion that cover diverse functional areas; prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness of the team's success Time in Grade Requirement:
Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
