OverviewCore One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance. This role supports GEOINT-related policy, doctrine, and strategy development across IC, DoD, and Army levels.
Responsibilities- Work with the Army’s ISR Task Force, G-2 Science & Technology Advisor, Army GEOINT Office, Army Futures Command, and Army TENCAP.
- Provide verbal and written recommendations for General Officer/Senior Executive Service level audiences on multi-year projects, doctrine, and policies affecting the Army.
- Review and provide recommended positions on DoD and IC GEOINT-related requirement documents, plans, and strategies.
- Conduct senior-level research, analysis, development, and coordination of GEOINT-related strategy, policy, doctrine, and requirements at IC, DoD, Service, and Command levels.
- Advance IC, DoD, and interagency policy formulations on GEOINT issues while representing AGO and Army authorities, concerns, and equities.
- Conduct novel and systematic analyses of tasking, collection, exploitation, processing, and dissemination of GEOINT.
- Assemble data and analysis; prepare draft documents and presentations at the expert level; coordinate work among HQDA/AGO staff, project team members, and stakeholders.
- Advise and support advancement of key GEOINT projects, ensuring timely agency coordination, primarily with the Army Task Management Tool (TMT).
- Support the Army’s sensor-to-shooter learning campaign to develop GEOINT CONOPS, TTPs, and TCPED architectures, and integrate AI/ML where appropriate.
- Experience as a staff action officer on the ARSTAF or a similar level in a DoD or IC organization/agency.

Minimum 20 years related to the specific labor category, with some experience in the last 2 years. - Desired

Master’s degree related to the labor category from an accredited college or university. - Must have active TS/SCI clearance.
