Payroll Interface Analyst; Business Analysis, Associate Security Clearance

Position: Payroll Interface Analyst (Business Analysis, Associate) with Security Clearance
Summary The MIL Corporation seeks a Payroll Interface Analyst (Business Analysis, Senior Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Arlington, VA location. The Senior Interface Analyst will work in cooperation with the Global Financial Service Support (GFSS) interfaces team for the Global Financial Management System (GFMS). This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 2 days on-site (Monday and Wednesday).

Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities
* Analyze incoming and outgoing interface files and messages, perform systems assurance and quality control on interface operations, gather and analyze statistics, and communicate results and issues to stakeholders
* Analyze file rejects and loading failures for continuous improvement
* Perform and support system testing, file transfers, data mining, and other methods to troubleshoot interface errors
* Support government payroll processing in financial system, including regular testing, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and budget analysis
* Provide customer support to government agency users with respect to interface processes Travel None

Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of professional experience
* Experience working with system interfaces, ideally with federal agencies
* Must be customer focused and possess the ability to identify issues, analyze, and interpret data and develop solutions to user problems
* Must demonstrate a strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skill set to accurately document, report, and present findings
* Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of employees
* Experience working within a dynamic team environment
* Must have the ability to adjust to the fast paced and high volume of work environment
* Must be flexible as work requirements shift (on-call, weekend work, and extended hours are not common but can happen) Desired Qualifications

Additional benefits and incentives may also apply, which will be communicated during the hiring process. For this position, the projected compensation range is $100,000 - $140,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package. Final salary for this position is determined based on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, and contractual limitations.
