Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic analysis, and financial business partnering across the organization. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical finance leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys driving meaningful impact through data and insights.
Location: Arlington VA - hybrid
Salary: $170-180K (depending on experience)
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision & 401K match.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning
- Prepare and present financial results, variance analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making, evaluate business performance, and model new initiatives
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis
- Oversee monthly reporting packages and key performance metrics
- Improve processes, tools, and systems to enhance FP&A accuracy, speed, and scalability
- Mentor and guide junior team members; support cross-departmental projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
- Experience leading projects או small teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executives
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Experience with ERP/BI tools a plus (Adaptive, Hyperion, Workday, Net Suite, etc.)
