Thisroleprovidesfinancialleadership,drivesperformanceinsights,andpartnerscross-functionallytosupportorganizationalstrategyandoperationalexcellence.

Thispositionmanagesandmentorsateamoffinancialanalystswhileoverseeingforecasting,budgeting,financial modeling,andexecutivereporting.

The Senior Managerservesasakeyadvisortoleadership ,deliveringdata-drivenanalysisandfinancialinsightstoguidebothshort-andlong-termdecision-making.

• Include leading the development of financial forecasts and models
• Overseeing budgeting processes and allocation methodologies
• improving financial reporting tools and dashboards
• Ensuring strong financial policies and processes are in place.
• This individual will collaborate across departments to solve operational and financial challenges, evaluate the financial impact of initiatives, and identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvement.
• The role requires a strong understanding of financial reporting standards, the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights, and a leadership style that fosters collaboration, accountability, and professional development within the team.
