Our client, a growing outsourced CFO and financial management support to emerging private market fund managers is adding another Senior Associate to their growing organization.
Responsibilities- Provide day to day CFO and controllership support for venture and private investment funds
- Own monthly close, fund level reporting, and ongoing financial operations
- Support fund and entity compliance processes and ongoing operational requirements
- Prepare financial analysis, investor materials, and LP communications
- Execute custom projects that improve financial processes and operational infrastructure
