The FP&A Sr Analyst's duties will include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Maintenance and support for existing ecosystem of Power BI models/reports used to explain and display financial variances
- Development of new Power BI models/reports with range of audiences including finance, operations and commercial teams as well as company executives
- Ownership of budgeting and forecasting tool Anaplan. Maintain system data and processes that allow users to accurately budget and forecast for growing fleet of 500+ sites
- Collaborate with members of the broader FP&A team to understand pain points with current processes and reporting, help to research and implement solutions
- Partner with internal teams to promote and enhance data visibility
- Support with ad hoc and routine data requests, analysis and reporting
- 3+ years' experience in maintaining and enhancing enterprise-level data infrastructure
- Experience creating and maintaining Power BI data models & reporting
- Experience with BPC, Anaplan or a similar planning tool.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) including experience with financial reporting, forecasting and analysis across the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows.
- Ability to work effectively with accounting systems and data, SAP preferred.
- Experience with complex models in Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
