• As a Seasonal Manager, provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share-based compensation, financial statement restatements and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts).
• Assist companies with all aspects of their preparation of the tax provision.
• Review and improve the tax provision process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the control environment, including assessment of tax risk and control environments beyond Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, supported by significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred.
• Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS.
• Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation.
• Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.

• Strong ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 experience, along with experience in corporate tax planning and compliance.
• Relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry with broad exposure to federal income taxation.

• The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $90/hr to $120/hr salary is determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Most client-serving roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
