Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Engineer/Analyst/Program Manager to support an innovative maritime technology program. You will support the management of a small, highly capable team developing dynamic maritime technology programs and related architectures to address complex national security challenges. You will contribute operational insight and technical expertise to advance cutting‑edge undersea and maritime capabilities. This role is especially well‑suited for individuals with Nuclear Submarine operational experience and a strong technical foundation.

Travel: less than 10%
Clearance: TS required, SCI eligible preferred
Required Experience- Bachelors Degree in a scientific, Engineering, or other technical discipline.
- 6+ Years of relevant DoD or related experience.
- Background in Maritime and Joint Operations and/or position, navigation, and timing (PNT) and undersea technologies.
- Experience supporting program management, requirements development, or oversight of Science and Technology programs.
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Military operational experience (Nuclear Submarine)
- Experience managing or supporting dynamic maritime technology programs.
- Experience supporting advanced research and development organizations.
